今天是腊月二十四，是传统的扫尘的日子。这天，自然，家里要进行大扫除了，我呢，也就和爸爸妈妈一起行动，干了不少的活儿。
大部分活儿之前都干完了，今天最主要的就是擦灯。我帮爸爸搬来梯子，梯子挺沉，还立在角落里，我费了好多劲儿才把它挪出来，本想自己站上去擦，试了试够不着，还有点害怕。结果就还是爸爸在上面掸尘，摘灯罩，我在下面接着。顺便再清洗抹布，再把它们传给爸爸。
灯罩可真脏啊!我拿着抹布对着灯罩刮来刮去，将原来一摸一手泥的灯罩，擦得崭新透亮。我自认餐厅的灯擦得最好了。原来，这盏土耳其语上面全是污泥，每次开灯，都觉得很暗。但是，在我用了‘威猛先生’擦过之后，原来脏兮兮的灯罩立马变了一个样，开开灯马上就觉得亮了几分。
在擦灯的.过程中，我还见缝插针地顺便清洁了一下洗手池，白白的，干净地能映出我的笑脸了。
最后我还帮妈妈擦了踢脚线，因为妈妈这几天腰疼，不能弯腰了。妈妈告诉我擦踢脚的立面和上面的楞儿。在擦阳台踢脚线时，我擦下来一堆渣子，有墙皮，有石粒，还有灰尘毛毛，平时不起眼儿的小地方，想不到会这么的脏。干活儿也不容易。
虽然今天很累，但是面对亮亮的灯照得明亮的家，洁净的洗手池和干净的踢脚线，我很高兴，很有成就感!爸爸妈妈也夸我真是很能干!
